The intro explains the methodology used in organizing this book.

Each chapter includes the story of one family line and a partial family tree (for context)

FHB Family Tree

Because research will always continue, this family tree will also continue to grow. So, instead of including the whole tree in this book, I will link to my Ancestry.com tree as the canonical version. However, an abbreviated version in outline form will be included in the book to provide context and easy reference to the main chapters' trees.
